Community Heroes is designed to help and support the people who give up their time, money to support local associations, clubs and charities.

How it Works
Fees are £15 per annum which will be taken by annual credit/debit card charge. This will give you access to specially negotiated rates on goods, services and 'treats' via www.community-heroes.uk website.

Terms and Conditions
Community Heroes is operated for Community Action Norfolk (Registered Charity No 1056750, Company Limited No 3190820) by Orangutan TM Ltd ((Company Limited No 04187854) Orangutan), in association with selected third parties

1. DEFINITIONS
  1. The person who places / submits an order will hereinafter be known as the Buyer
  2. OrangutanTM Ltd will hereinafter be known as Orangutan
  3. Community Action Norfolk, Orangutan and any other Not for Profit Support Organisations will hereinafter be known as The Promoters
  4. Any providers of goods and services via The Website will hereinafter be known as The Merchant
  5. The Community Heroes Website (community-heroes.uk) will hereinafter be known as The Website
2. USING THE WEBSITE.
The goods and services shown on the website are supplied by Merchants and are subject to their prices, terms and conditions

3. YOUR INFORMATION
Your information including any training or qualification documents you choose to upload can be: 4. DURATION OF THE AGREEMENT
The duration of the agreement. Community Heroes, which includes all components, runs for an initial period of 12 months and is automatically renewed annually thereafter.

5. COOLING OFF PERIOD
Once you have subscribed, we have a 14-day cooling off period, so if you change your mind and have not used any of the benefits you may cancel and we will refund your payment.

6. FEES
The Community Heroes standard annual fee is £15. The fee will be drawn from your chosen Debit or Credit Card. We will always give you 30 days' notice if we increase the Community Heroes fee or if we introduce a new fee.

7. CUSTOMER CARE
Every effort is made to ensure that high standards of service are maintained, however, if we or The Merchant falls short of expectations and you are dissatisfied, please contact Community Heroes, Priory House, Nutfield Road, Nutfield RH1 4EL Alternatively, please email customercare@community-heroes..uk

8.OFFERS
The offers are provided by third parties. In these cases, you are entering into a separate contract for their services - you should read their terms and conditions as the Promoters do not accept any liability for disagreements between you and that provider.

9.HOURS OF BUSINESS
An order can be placed via The Website at any time. Unless shown otherwise, The Merchant will only process orders during core hours of business, which are as follows: 9.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, except UK bank holidays.

10.ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT
We accept credit or debit card payments but will pass on the charges we incur in processing credit card payments. The cost of credit card processing will be provided to the Buyer at the point of choosing between payment options.

11.COPYRIGHT / TRADE NAMES
Reproduction of any part of The Website for any purpose excluding the sole purpose of ordering, without the prior written permission of Community Action Norfolk and Orangutan, is strictly prohibited. Other product and company names featured on this site may also be the copyright, trademarks or registered trademarks of their owners.

12.BREACH OF THESE TERMS
In the event of the Buyer being in breach of any of these conditions, The Promoters shall be entitled to suspend membership until all breaches have been remedied.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Promoters shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained or incurred by the Buyer or any Third Party unless it is caused by the negligence or wilful misconduct of themselves or their respective employees, and then only to the extent not excluded by the Agreement. The Promoters shall indemnify the Buyer and keep the Buyer fully and effectively indemnified against any loss of or damage to any property or injury to or death of any person caused by any negligent act or omission or wilful misconduct of The Promoters, their respective employees, or by any breach of its contractual obligations. Except in respect of injury to or death of any person, for which no limit applies, the respective liability of the Promoters in respect of each event or series of connected events shall not exceed £250,000 or the Price, whichever is the greater. This does not affect your statutory rights.

14. GOVERNING LAW
English law shall govern these terms and conditions.

15. STATUTORY RIGHTS
The terms and conditions of sale do not affect your statutory rights, and if any term of the Agreement is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of the Agreement and the remainder of the provisions in question shall not be affected.

16. TREATS
Part of the annual membership includes the issuing of regular offers known as 'Treats' - these will have special terms and conditions attached including, but not limited to: One per person and household, the requirement to either pay a deposit, booking fees or pre-purchase ammunition in the case of paintball days and will be strictly subject to promotional availability. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Please see the relevant section of The Website for full terms and conditions.
  1. Apartment holidays are off-peak and you must pay a £10 non-refundable delivery and handling fee to claim this offer - travel to and from resort not included
  2. Ammunition not included in paintball offer and pre-payment of a quantity will be required
  3. Free £6 voucher only to new Zeek customers and subject to minimum £30 spend
17. The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw or vary all or any part of this service.

18. The Promoters reserve the right to place restrictions based on excessive use, bad behaviour of you or your guest or any other abuse of the service.
